While in the episode Thirteen prepares to biopsy House, House awakens and asks if the patient is still alive and Thirteen proceeds with a liver biopsy.
Foreman apologizes for invading her privacy and tells her she shouldn't be alone. He offers to fly over to see her, but she says she will be okay. She still won't tell him why, but Foreman knows they are doing dangerous experimental treatments for Huntington's disease.
